Inclusion, acceptance, and equality: for Pride, for right now and for every dang day of the year.

We’re proud to be a diverse company. Full of brilliant people from all walks of life, who bring with them bags of experiences, different perspectives and a whole heap of determination. This is what makes us who we are.

So Pride. This one really matters to us.

It’s a moment to re-examine how we’re creating a place where everyone is truly welcomed, accepted and celebrated for who they are, and how we can make sure that allyship in all its forms is always being practised and encouraged.

And whilst we grow rapidly and headhunt more crew than ever before, delivering BIG for our clients (massive shoutout to our crew building the iconic stages for London Pride this weekend!), we’re also building a bank of resources to support connection: looking at inclusivity, pronouns, LQBTQ+ language, and how to support colleagues’ wellbeing at work.

But this isn’t about telling the story of us.

This moment is about shining that multi-coloured light on the brilliant, diverse people that we know and love: in the office, on-site, our clients, our friendship groups, people at home and in our lives.

We’re shaped by the people around us. Everyone we build teams with, the people we deliver for, the champions, supporters, and advocates who recognise the strength in diversity and shout loud about it.
