We are a multi-award-winning crewing company, providing teams of talented people to solve complex production challenges – from building epic stages to crewing iconic events and more.
Working across a range of sectors including events, TV, film & theatre, facilities management, and construction.
We build spaces.
For events and experiences.
For the creative industries and the construction sector.
Whatever your production challenge, we can build a team to support you through.
But that’s not all.
We are a Social Enterprise too: Supporting people into work by providing training, mentoring and employment opportunities for people who have been affected by homelessness.
Since we started in 2005, we are proud to say that we have worked with over 446 people who have faced barriers to work, who’ve completed over 240,000 hours of crewing work with us.
We're also working on our impact more broadly, considering the influence we can have on the wellbeing of our workforce, our local community, and the environment – aiming for Net Zero 2030.
We mapped our carbon footprint from 2021, and implemented our Carbon Levy that same year.

Our History
We started out in 2005 as part of the homelessness charity The Connection at St Martin’s, in London’s Trafalgar Square. We worked with people who had been homeless in the past, giving them a place in our crew and helping them develop purpose, confidence and independence.
Social enterprises were fairly new at the time. But we thought: if we can do great work for great clients and support those people who need it – why wouldn’t we?
Five years later, we became a Community Interest Company (CIC): an organisation that aims to use its profits for good. More than nineteen years on, we've grown from a crew of 10 to a crew of over 200, offering multiple services to a range of sectors – it all comes back to our mission to reduce and prevent homelessness.
As we all know, to look after people, you also need to look after the planet. In 2021, we put our Net Zero 2030 plan into action. We were one of the first cohort of graduates of Heart of the City's 'Climate for SMEs' course, and that same year we mapped our carbon footprint and implemented our Carbon Levy.
