Celebrating 200,000 hours of work for our crew who have experienced, or been at risk, of homelessness. 

381 lives changed since we launched in 2005. Now, we’re raising the roof and celebrating the incredible 200,000+ hours delivered by our crew who have experienced, or been at risk, of homelessness.

These hours have been 18 years in the making.

18 years of training and support.

18 years of our crew’s hard work, dedication and determination.

And helping to clock up these hours are our clients and partners, who love what our crew do, and support and work with us to help more people into jobs.

But numbers aside, this is about people.

To support long-term positive outcomes, we focus our efforts on nurturing work readiness. Supporting people to build skills that will help them in the long term, whether they join our crew or not.

Through our Academy and Mentoring programmes, people are encouraged to develop a whole range of skills that they can use and adapt, such as: building confidence; teamwork; and time management. It’s all geared to support people to access and thrive in jobs that work for them now and in the future.

Since we launched in 2005, we’ve evolved and broadened our scope too. We now support people into work who are leaving institutions, who have faced adverse childhood experiences, or who are not in education or training and are looking for a solid step into the job market. Everyone is welcome.

Our crew are the heartbeat of who we are and what we do. And as a social enterprise, we’re here to make sure that we help build skills and provide opportunities to support people to access work . Our crew are the ones who deliver, time and again, and who have achieved these 200,000 hours. So, here’s to you, our crew: cheers!
