13,858 hours work for ex-homeless

We’re delighted to reveal that together with our valued clients we’ve created 13,858 hours work for people who’ve been homeless in just 12 months.

That’s over a staggering 1500 working days in total, or 300 working weeks. And an additional 44 weeks’ worth of work on last year’s total.

We started publishing the data as part of our CSR Account initiative in 2012. The CSR Account takes regulated data to measure clients’ individual contributions toward the employment of ex-homeless people so that they can in turn use the endorsement to win business.

This is what Charlie Dorman, Director of Connection Crew said about it:

“We’re delighted that this year’s hours have topped last year’s results. It’s evidence of our commitment to driving social impact through our business. It’s also evidence that this is something the event industry is behind – we only achieved this by working in partnership with our clients – it’s a huge accomplishment that we should all be proud of.”

Thank you again to all the event professionals that we work with and to all of our crew – big CSR shout-out to you all!
