Meet our new crew mentors!

Connection Crew is launching a new + improved mentoring programme – matching our experienced crew members with new crew members who’ve been at risk of homelessness for 12 weeks of peer-to-peer support.

All of our mentors complete mentor training before volunteering their time, the bespoke training session is delivered with Community 360 and Voluntary Sector training. That’s our newly qualified co-hort in the photo!

The programme is rolling and commences when the candidate starts work – no waiting around, our mentors are ready when they’re ready.

The Mentoring programme provides an added layer of support for your successful candidates outside of management – helping candidates transition through probation into long-term employment smoothly.

Are you a charity or organisation looking for job opportunities for people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness?

Are they ready to get back to work? Are they suited to a physical and varied job opportunity – not the usual 9-5? Get in touch with Liz Campbell, Talent Manager at liz@connectioncrew.co.uk to find out more about the role and how to refer people to us.
