CrewCam: bringing a global arts festival to the streets

Have you ever wondered what bringing an international performing arts festival to the streets entails for the event production team?

Our event crew have supported the Greenwich+Docklands International Festival for several years. It’s London’s leading outdoor theatre and performing arts festival.  Described by the Sunday Times as ‘Ambitious and free’, it comprises of hundreds of performances by artists from across the globe.

So the tasks are varied – to say the least. For example, here’s our event crew helping to light and operate these charming and intricate giant puppets that walked the streets last weekend in celebration of the women of Woolwich and the world. They were created by Homme Debout as part of the GDIF.

Amazing work team!
