116 Pall Mall

Connection Crew has worked with 116 Pall Mall since April 2019. We provide an easy and effective solution to its churn and turnaround challenges, as well as CSR credentials.

116 Pall Mall is a Grade I listed building and one of London’s most prestigious addresses – it’s now home to the Institute of Directors. The venue has a wide range of versatile and flexible spaces throughout its five floors and plays host to hundreds of corporate occasions, private events, festive celebrations and weddings every year.

What we do:

  • Handpicked teams to reset spaces for different purposes in extremely tight turnarounds – from a dinner to a conference and back again

  • Energetic support staff to carry out tricky and heavy furniture moves with ease

  • Careful loading and unloading and manual handling of high value items

  • A preferred supplier and relationship to shout about

“Connection Crew was recommended to us by one of our in-house suppliers and by a potential client. The fact that they were founded locally also appealed to us. So we started working together.

Just as importantly, they are good.  They understand our business and we have had first-rate service. It is one of the many under the radar jobs in hospitality that are incredibly important – a good crew makes life so much easier for us and our clients.”
